There is a deliberate play in the name of this series. Gilded, as in gold, and Guided, as in the path we walk toward knowing ourselves more deeply.

Guilded Thoughts centres on the arc, a shape that repeats through each painting in this series. The arc is not yet complete. That is intentional. It represents the inner work that has begun but is not yet finished. The ongoing journey of self-reflection, of becoming more aware of who we are, what drives us and emotions we feel.

The gold in this painting is not merely decorative. It traces the arc, illuminates the curve, and reminds us that even an unfinished journey can be beautiful.
