​Every painting is deeply personal and important to me, the up most care and attention is given to every package to ensure it is safely and securely packaged and ready for transit.

Original paintings are dispatched within 5 working days (excluding holidays) and you will be kept up to date with the process via tracking information.

Custom paintings will have their previously agreed lead times. Once the final payment have been made the painting with be dispatched as above.

Returns are not usually excepted, however, if you have any concerns or are disatisfied please contact Ren on info@renchandler.com to see how we can help.

Goods damaged in transit. This is very rare, but should your artwork arrive damaged from transportation, then please get in touch within 7 days and we will work out a solution, this may mean a return or a replacement.

Goods gone missing. Should your artwork not arrive within the time frame given, or if you have comfirmation that it has been delivered when it hasnt. please contact Ren by email ASAP
